I keep most of mine packed away in their boxes. If I don’t have the box or if they’re knives I’m going to use I hang them off an old metal road sign with magnetic hooks. It’s not displaying them it’s just a place to put them. Maybe 40 or 50 of them fit there I don’t know. No one else even sees them as they are behind the door inside my office. Even my wife has no idea I have more than maybe just a couple.
I have considered loading up a commercial fly fishing thread rack that I have. It has 12 drawers that are quite wide and deep. I think just about any size Victorinox will fit in there. Small and medium knives anyway. I haven’t tried any of the large ones. I don’t really have anywhere I could display them properly.
