Csizpeti I have recently seen posts about this. Maybe they were your posts elsewhere, or perhaps there is someone else looking for the same information.
Until this year, I had never heard of this. It is clearly a completely different lighter, and it even looks different. Could it be a prototype? Maybe a version that was being proposed to replace the problematic one? I would really be interested to know.
The fact that this knife doesn't have liners next to the lighter module makes me very suspicious. That seems unlike Victorinox. There is also what appears to be a flaw in the steel along the edge of the trigger/switch. The edge, when it is open to expose the flame, is not square. You can see it in the video and in the still photo.
I have found a gas lighter with the same style of trigger/switch before. It was just slightly narrower than a Victorinox module. I tried to obtain one to see if I could adapt it into a custom knife, but I never could. All of the lighters were too valuable to collectors in their own right.
Does the company name on the scales offer any clues?
It would be interesting to inspect the knife closely and see what the rivets look like through the scales. There might be other clues there as well.
What are the tang stamps?
Does it have the fuel window?
It is a really cool knife, @Csizpeti. You are very lucky to have found it. Congratulations!
Please keep us updated if you learn anything more.
