29roadie SwissChamp XLT. I picked this up from an online store in Canada crazy cheap along with a couple of other discontinued models.
29roadie It was delivery day today. This batch I’ll probably just use for trading or selling down the road. I picked these three SwissChamp XLT knives from the same retailer that was clearing out retired models I purchased from before. The Special Edition Climber and the Limited Edition Spartan I picked up off an online classifieds a couple of thousand kilometres away across the country. Neither of them are very common here at all. The Michel Jordi knife has the gold plated split ring, corkscrew and medallion. I’ve never heard of them before. They apparently made a solid gold version too but I think they were numbered. Unfortunately no boxes for those used knives.

29roadie MichaelRothenpieler I’ve seen a couple of knives with different coloured squares before but I didn’t know what it was about. Thanks. Is that what I have a Matterhorn? I thought that was the mountain in the picture but it just says Switzerland. I’ve never been there though. One day maybe.

29roadie MichaelRothenpieler Wow, great photographs. That mountain is amazing. Great scenery. What time of year did you take these? It certainly doesn’t look as busy as I thought it would. That is a great trip to have done. Lucky to have gotten to do it and visit Victorinox also. That’s for sharing these!
