So, here is my new EDC. I like the sturdiness of the Alox scales, the scissors, and the sturdy bottle opener. The package opener tool is cool too ā it's sharper than I expected. Some people say this tool is hard to open, but I don't think so. Not in mine at least.
But as I mentioned in another discussion, I donāt know how to sharpen it if I ever need to.
I believe the same SAK with a file instead of the package opener would be nice too.
I'm very happy with my purchase.
And since I live in France, where the law is rather unclear (it says you canāt carry a knife unless you have a legitimate reason, which can mean everything and nothing), I feel more secure ā from a legal point of view ā not carrying a blade.
