Here you will find all the important information – regardless of which country you live in. **Please read the instructions carefully.** ### How to order The Community Knife 2025 is a **Special Pioneer X Alox Community Knife 2025** with a parcel opener instead of a can opener and is produced exclusively on pre-order. There is no stock and no post-production.Each community member may only place one order for one item**** . Returns are not accepted. Orders can only be placed until 12 September. The price is CHF 85 for all items, including shipping. Delivery will take place in the fourth quarter of 2025, as we will only go into production after the pre-order phase. Some processes are new, manual and perhaps not quite perfect – but they are definitely implemented with a lot of heart, commitment and genuine enthusiasm. Hi Jessica,
Since those outside of CH, D, AT, LIE, F, UK will only get the payment link after the pre-order period, would it be possible to get a confirmation that the order was received (but pending payment)? That way we'd know if the form didn't get through while the pre-order period is still open. Thanks.

It's double torture for me, as my friend is visiting in November, so if the knife is not sent to his place before that, it will be like a year before I have my hands on it. 😩

@Jessica Bei mir funktioniert zwar jetzt der link den mir @Vanessa geschickt hat aber ich kann mich beim Shop nicht anmelden. Passwort oder Email nicht korrekt wird angezeigt. Muss ich mich etwa registrieren?

SchiefBe Da gab es bei mir auch ein Problem. Ich musste einmal mittels der Funktion "Passwort vergessen" für den Shop mir ein neues Passwort setzen lassen. Dann lief wieder alles wie frisch geölt.
Möglicherweise wurden da Konfigurationsänderungen bzgl. Prüfung der Textfelder vorgenommen und dadurch sind manche Sonderzeichen im Passwort nicht mehr zulässig. Jedenfalls kam bei meinem Passwort ein Hinweis in der Art "Kein HTML-Code zugelassen". Neues Passwort hat wie gesagt geholfen.

SchiefBe ja du musst dich registrieren, falls du zuvor noch nichts in unserem Webshop bestellt hast. Den Community Konto ist nicht mit dem Shop verknüpft.

Harmist Danke für den Tipp aber das habe ich auch schon versucht. Ich kann das Passwort nicht ändern weil ich kein Email für den link zum ändern bekomme. Es sieht so aus als würde ich im Shop nicht registriert sein.
