I went to a gun and knife show today and while I picked up a few SAKs, I couldn’t resist this beauty - a Model 1918 bayonet with an Elsener Schwyz tang stamp (apparently called a ricasso mark on a bayonet). According to the serial number - which matches the number of the K31 carbine it was paired with - it was manufactured in 1938. It doesn’t seem very rare and it doesn’t really fit my collection, but the price was so good I couldn’t leave it behind
