I had a few deliveries arrive.
A new in the box Fireman in Black. I do like those slide locks and serrated blades.
I got a mint in the box Woodsman from the 1990s. One of those interesting models I never really think about but if you like the Explorer but want a wood saw this is your knife.
Next is a new in the box Parachute knife. These were special military order mostly. The knife is dating back to 2018 and may still have limited availability. Not to be confused with the discontinued 3 layer Parachutist. This is also a new colour for my collection.
I managed to pick up an original BSA Yeoman.
Next I picked up a model no. 234 k. I learned this by visiting @Elsinox web page. He of course has many variations of these. Including several with the same pump company inlay. Interesting that's also a Swiss company dating back to the 1800's. If you want to see an impressive collection of these check out his page. I really like the one with the Tirfor inlay that he has. I think this is late 40's early 50's. This was my oldest knife for about 5 min.
This last one is an odd one for me. I didn't even know this size was a thing. It's a 62mm Victoria Inoxyd Model 600. It dates back to the 1920s. I had to buy it just because of that. It's also an early example of a stainless steel knife. It's not in great shape and the nail file is broken off so a serious collector wouldn't be interested in it I'm sure. The horn scales are in good condition though so it still looks good.
