Victorinox Community Code of Conduct
The values of respect, responsibility, openness, trust, gratitude, humility, and courage lie at the heart of our Victorinox Community. These values are an integral part of our company culture and help create an environment that encourages respectful and productive interaction. This Code of Conduct, alongside the Terms of Use, forms the foundation of how we engage with one another and applies to all members of the Victorinox Community to ensure a positive, welcoming, and safe environment.
1 Respect
Respect comes first—regardless of origin, beliefs, or opinions. Discrimination, violence, and inappropriate content are not tolerated. Conflicts should be resolved respectfully and constructively.
2 Responsibility
Each member is responsible for their behavior and the content they share. Intellectual property must be respected. Contributions may be used to further develop the community, provided that the original creator's rights are preserved.
3 Openness
Exchange and diversity are welcome—as long as discussions remain respectful and on-topic. Off-topic content is not permitted. Victorinox reserves the right to remove such content and take further action if necessary.
4 Trust
Trust is the foundation of our community. Each member acts with integrity and takes responsibility for their actions. This includes keeping promises, handling information confidentially, and interacting with honesty and respect. A vibrant and engaging community is only possible with mutual trust and reliability.
5 Gratitude
The time and support each member contribute to the community are valuable and deserve appreciation. Likewise, we expect gratitude from those who benefit from the help and dedication of others.
6 Humility
We all have something to learn. Together, we grow by learning from one another, being open to support, and respecting differing opinions. We celebrate our own successes just as much as we celebrate the successes of others.
7 Courage
Courage is one of our core values. We encourage everyone to share ideas boldly and see mistakes as learning opportunities. The success of our community depends on being open to new ideas and courageous approaches.
