The “want list” of rare or discontinued knives is very long for each of us without a doubt. I’m not asking for those.

I’m also sure many of us are looking forward to getting the Community Limited Edition Knife. That’s a given so what else?

Current models or ones that are still widely available. Something you could likely find new from a dealer. What are you in the market for? Something you’re going to buy as a gift for someone even.

For me I’m really looking for Ranger Grip 63. They don’t seem to be common at all here. I’ve been looking for quite a while.

Ich will noch die Fireman Serie haben. Es gibt verschiedene Farben. So wie beim Hunter. Vom Rescure Tool gibt es auch mehrere Farben. Das wäre auch nach dem Fireman noch auf der Liste. Aber modern ? Mh, da gibt es nichts mehr von Vic. Vielleicht eines mit Digitalfunktion oder Laser oder Stick, aber das ist auch nicht mehr modern und wird sehr wahrscheinlich nie mehr von Vic neu kommen.

I have most of the current small and mid-sized knives, but very few of the 111s. The ones that are really attractive to me are the Ranger 55 Grip in Onyx Black and the Ranger 55 Wood - both of which I really want to see in person before laying out the cash. And the one I have no business owning, the Ranger Boatsman ME Grip - I don’t need it, but I want it!!

Komrade Yes that Black Onyx Ranger Grip 55 is appealing to me also.

The Boatsman ME Grip is so different it’s really interesting. Very versatile. One of those knives you’d want to have if you get stranded on a desert island. I particularly like the main blade. The serrations are great and also in what I would consider to be the correct place.

I would really like to see a pen on these Ranger Grip scales. I think any one of the models could benefit from them. I was looking today at them and trying the line the 91mm pen up in the correct spot to follow the shape. I’ve never pulled the scales of one of these so I need to investigate what is behind them for clearance.

Im Moment suche ich eigentlich gar nicht groß, ich würde evtl bei ausrangierten Delemont-Modellen am ehesten zuschlagen… ansonsten stöber ich gerne und lass mich überraschen

MichaelRothenpieler Genauso sehe ich das auch. Immerhin hab ich - obwohl ich nach Erscheinen sehr skeptisch war - die Companions komplett angeschafft (natürlich nur jeweils 1 Tool in einer Farbe). Viel schlimmer aber: ich hab mir jetzt vor dem Urlaub Band 2 von Elsinox‘ Enzyklopädie als pdf geleistet - und jetzt starre ich fasziniert auf die wunderschönen 93er und 91er mit Bügel (die gefallen mir extrem gut) - aber das trifft natürlich Roadies Frage nicht….

I have a lot of the current range already but there's a few of very standard knives I still want. The Mountaineer, Explorer, Farmer X and a completely normal Pioneer! I could see myself using them routinely.

It's all down to disposable cash though!! I just paid for the community knife, and I also keep my ear to the ground for vintage Wenger….

Unfortunately, although comfortable I am not wealthy!! 😆

MichaelRothenpieler I don’t own any of those knives in that size range. That one appears to be available in several places still. It’s going for 57 euro here.

Ich bin derzeit noch am überlegen, ob ich mir von der Alox Limited Edition 2025 das Pioneer und das Evoke kaufe. Ich brauche die Messer eigentlich nicht, aber ich habe die mir jedes Jahr gekauft, seit 2021…

Ich habe eh irgendwie das Gefühl, dass hier ausrangierte Ware bei Euch noch eine Zeit lang länger vorhanden ist, das da die Handelswege gelenkt werden
