A Lumberjack with the standard cap lifter not the combo tool. My dad gave me that in the mid 70s.
I don’t think the main blade ever cut me but that wood saw was a different story every time I opened it. It didn’t have any scale tools but I don’t think it says economy on the tang. I’ll have to dig it out to have a look.
I didn’t even know most models had scale tools for many many years. I rarely saw anyone with a Swiss Army Knife. I actually only remember one friend who carried one in the early 90s. He made me understand their potential. He was a big guy (195 Cm) who worked as an industrial electrician. All he carried with him was a Climber, a multi bit screwdriver and a pair of side cutters. Everyone else had big tool bags they dragged around. He just had these tools in his pockets. He did the work of two people consistently.
